How data you leave on human-fintech.com is processed and what rights you have.
1. Controller.
The data controller is Ivan Yuryevich Grigorev, self-employed under the Russian professional income tax regime, tax ID (INN) 390702969994. Human Fintech is the name of his independent practice, not a legal entity. Privacy enquiries: [email protected].
2. What is collected and why.
Through the site form you may submit your name, email address, phone number (optional), company, subject and message. These details are used only to reply to your enquiry, discuss possible cooperation and process orders for the electronic books.
Legal grounds: your consent, given by ticking the box before sending the form, and the need to conclude and perform an agreement at your request (Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, art. 6).
3. Storage and security.
Enquiries are stored in a private area on the hosting provider’s server located in the Russian Federation, outside the public part of the site. Only the controller has access. The connection is protected by HTTPS.
Data is kept until the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, then deleted. If an agreement is concluded, data is retained for its term and for the statutory document-retention period.
4. Sharing.
Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes. The hosting provider stores it as a processor on the controller’s instructions. Disclosure is possible only where Russian law expressly requires it.
5. Analytics and cookies.
The site uses Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) to measure traffic. It collects anonymised visit data: pages viewed, referrer, device and browser type, approximate region, using technical Metrica cookies. Session recording (Webvisor) is disabled. You can block cookies in your browser or with a blocker; the site will keep working. Yandex’s own terms govern its processing.
The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. A flag noting that you dismissed the analytics notice is stored only in your browser.
6. Your rights.
You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected] from the address used in your enquiry. Replies are sent within the statutory period. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
